PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a theft investigation.
The incident occurred Sunday around noon in the area of Wibird Street.
The Portsmouth Police Department released photos of an individual they are seeking to identify in connection with the ongoing investigation.
