ALBANY, NY — A 19-year-old man was shot in the hand Saturday evening in the city’s South End neighborhood.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Orange Street near Henry Johnson Boulevard around 7:20 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
The victim was treated at the scene by the Albany Fire Department and emergency medical personnel.
He was transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
