DILLSBURG, PA — Carroll Township Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person in connection with an incident at Dillsburg Borough Community Park.
The incident occurred Friday at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Police have released a photo of the individual they are seeking to identify.
