FAIRFAX, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a Milton woman on a second DUI charge following a motor vehicle crash early Saturday.
Joshlynn Fitzpatrick, 32, of Milton, was taken into custody at approximately 12:22 a.m. May 17, 2026.
Police received a report of a motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of Main Street by River Road in Fairfax.
Fitzpatrick was identified as the operator of the vehicle.
While speaking with Fitzpatrick, troopers observed indicators of impairment.
Fitzpatrick was placed into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing.
She was later released and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court.
