WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a man on a felony retail theft charge Tuesday afternoon at Target.
Cale William Lohmann, 41, was taken into custody at 4:21 p.m. after loss prevention staff reported he stole $190 worth of trading cards, according to Wilkes-Barre Township Police.
Police said Lohmann has two prior convictions for retail theft, which elevated the charge to a felony of the third degree.
Lohmann was arraigned by the duty judge and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
