NEWFANE, VT — A woman was arrested on a DUI charge following a single-vehicle crash on Wiswall Hill Road on May 13, 2026.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks were dispatched to the area at approximately 10:28 p.m. for a report of a one-vehicle crash.
Upon arriving on scene, troopers identified Angela Litchfield, 50, of Newfane, as the operator.
Further investigation determined Litchfield was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of operation, according to police.
She was taken into custody and processed at the Westminster Barracks.
Litchfield was later released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on June 2, 2026.
