TUPPER LAKE, NY — New York State Police on May 13 charged Ethan S. Kress, 30, of Tupper Lake, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
Troopers were notified at about 7:36 p.m. May 12 of a domestic dispute on Boyer Avenue in the town of Tupper Lake.
An investigation determined that Kress and the victim were involved in an altercation during which Kress became irritated, pushed the victim and damaged the victim’s personal belongings.
Kress was arrested and transported to State Police in Tupper Lake for processing.
He was arraigned in Tupper Lake Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
