WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A woman faces a retail theft charge following an incident at a Target store.
Lora Lyn Leese, 56, of Pennsylvania, was charged with one count of retail theft on May 10, 2026.
The charge stems from a police investigation that occurred on May 5, 2026 at the Target store located at 2251 York Crossing Drive.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
