MILTON, NY — A homeless man faces felony and misdemeanor charges following a disturbance at a residence Saturday morning.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 6:11 a.m. on Stone Church Road.
Kevin C. Leno, 41, was arrested and charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, as well as criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors.
Leno is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
He is also accused of intentionally damaging a table and drywall by throwing the table at a minor inside the residence.
Leno was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
