SALAMANCA, NY — Salamanca police arrested nine people on various charges over a six-day period, according to a report from Police Chief Jamie Deck.
On May 6, Cameron Bray, 32, of Salamanca, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
Bray was processed and held for arraignment.
On May 7, Quinton Jackson, 21, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Jackson was charged with second-degree harassment, processed and held for arraignment.
Rashawn Gillispie, 28, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Gillispie was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.
Gillispie was processed and held for arraignment.
On May 8, Colton Mckenny, 32, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following reports of a domestic incident in the city.
Mckenny was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal contempt of a court order.
Mckenny was processed and held for arraignment.
Scott Dille, 48, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the city.
Dille was charged with failure to keep right, failure to give half the road, unsafe lane change, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Dille was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
Jason Dille, 51, of Little Valley, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the city in which Dille was a passenger.
Dille was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a controlled substance and introducing dangerous contraband into a secure facility.
Dille was processed and held for arraignment.
Samantha Miller, 38, of Olean, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court.
Miller was processed and held for arraignment.
Hines Nosie, 66, of Kill Buck, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Nosie was charged with disorderly conduct, processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
On May 10, Louis Thomas, 28, of Cheektowaga, was charged with speed in zone and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following a traffic stop in the city.
Thomas was issued uniform traffic tickets roadside and released with a court date.
On May 12, Yancey Dowdy, 39, of Salamanca, was taken into custody following a complaint in the city.
Dowdy was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, processed and released with a court appearance for a later court date.
