Deputies responded to the area at approximately 8:55 a.m. on May 12, 2026.

Upon arrival and subsequent to an investigation, deputies determined that Elizabeth Tran, 34, of Utica, was operating a 2018 Nissan Sentra southbound on Judd Road when she failed to stop at a steady red signal at the intersection with Cider Street.
