Livonia resident arrested on assault charge in Livonia

LIVONIA, NY — A 19-year-old man was arrested on a felony assault charge following an investigation into a fight that occurred in March.

Haiden Nolan, of Livonia, was arrested May 8 and charged with second-degree assault.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the incident on March 26 after a fight occurred in the town.

Investigators allege Nolan assaulted another person, causing serious physical injury.

Sheriff’s Investigator Ross Gerace arrested Nolan and transported him to the Livingston County Jail for processing.

Nolan was arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part before Town of Conesus Justice Coyne.

The District Attorney’s Office recommended bail be set at $5,000 cash or $25,000 bond.

The judge released Nolan on his own recognizance with a return court date set for the Town of Livonia.

The Livingston County Public Defender’s Office represented Nolan at the arraignment.
