NICHOLS, NY — Emergency responders and volunteers from New York and Pennsylvania are searching for a missing 18-year-old in Tioga County.
Dalton G. Malmstrom was last seen leaving his residence near the Susquehanna River in the town of Nichols at approximately 7:45 a.m. on May 9.
Family members report he was not acting like himself prior to leaving.
Malmstrom is described as a 5-foot-10 male with dark hair and was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt.
