OWEGO, NY — A man was arrested on a petit larceny charge following a shoplifting investigation at a business on Central Avenue.
Lucas J. Matteson, 41, of Owego, was issued an appearance ticket to Village of Owego Court.
In a separate incident, Isaac M. Smith, 28, of Owego, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Town of Owego Court for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Smith was turned over to Tioga County Sheriff’s custody for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
Alissa A.R. Patterson, 27, of Owego, was arrested on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident on North Avenue.
Patterson was issued appearance tickets to Village of Owego Court.
The Owego Police Department handled 165 calls for service during the week of April 27 through May 3.
Police also responded to three motor vehicle accidents and issued one traffic ticket during the week.
