Man arrested on bail jumping charge in Cuba

CUBA, NY — Cuba Police arrested a man on a felony charge April 30, 2026.

Brady M. Smith, 34, of Olean, was taken into custody at approximately 4:19 p.m.

Smith was charged with bail jumping in the second degree, a felony.

He was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
