PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man last heard from in March.
Alvin Scott, 62, of Philadelphia, was last heard from via text on March 22 at 12 p.m., according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Scott was last seen in person in 2012 on the 1500 block of West Butler Street.
He is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
