WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 47-year-old Pennsylvania man was arraigned on theft and trespassing charges following an incident at a local business.
Chad Avery Allen, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned April 30, 2026, on one count of theft of secondary metal and one count of defiant trespasser.
The charges stem from a police investigation into incidents that occurred April 21, 2026, and April 23, 2026, at Fox & James Inc., located at 1130 Zinns Quarry Road.
