PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for an endangered missing person last seen Sunday afternoon in the city’s 14th District.
Mark Clemons, 52, of Philadelphia, was last seen at 2:55 p.m. on the 7400 block of East Walnut Lane.
He is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, 110 pounds, with a thin build, salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.
Clemons has a scar going down his forehead.
He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black jacket and black slippers.
