CALAIS, VT — A 40-year-old woman was arrested on domestic assault and resisting arrest charges Saturday afternoon following a reported family fight.
Jennifer Jackman, of Calais, was taken into custody at approximately 4:32 p.m. on Dugar Brook Road.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family fight at a residence in Calais.
Troopers spoke with all parties at the scene.
An investigation determined Jackman had allegedly assaulted a member of her household, according to police.
Jackman was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
She was released with a citation to answer to the charges.
