RICHMOND, VT — Vermont State Police cited a woman for retail theft May 4 after responding to a report at a local business.
Police received a report of a retail theft at The Barn North at 1436 W Main St. at approximately 4:33 p.m.
Troopers responded to the area and located the individual, identified as Stephanie Rivers, 36, of Burlington.
Police recovered stolen items.
Rivers was issued a citation to appear before the Chittenden County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 16, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of retail theft.
