MILFORD, NY — A woman was arrested on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Milford on April 23, 2026.
Rachel R. Soper, 56, of Milford, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with .08 of 1% or more of alcohol, refusal of breath screening test, possession of open container and failed to keep right, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Soper was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets.
She is scheduled to appear in Milford Town Court at a later date.
