LYNDONVILLE, VT — A Newark driver was cited for excessive speed after a traffic stop on Red Village Road on April 30.
A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer measured a truck traveling 69 mph in a 35 mph zone at 9:35 p.m.
The driver, Logan Sawyer, 27, of Newark, was stopped and cited into Caledonia Superior Court.
Sawyer is scheduled to be arraigned on June 29 at 8:30 a.m.
Officer Gerrish investigated the incident.
