ROSENDALE, NY — A New Paltz woman faces multiple charges following a hit-and-run crash.
Shannon Geist, 48, of New Paltz, was arrested by Rosendale police after officers responded to a reported hit-and-run property damage accident.
An investigation revealed Geist was operating a vehicle with a permanently revoked driver’s license, a suspended registration and no insurance, police said.
Geist was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, operating with a suspended registration, operating with no insurance, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
She is scheduled to appear in Rosendale Town Court at a later date.
