PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is searching for a missing 71-year-old man last seen in the city’s southwest section on Friday.
Steven “Saladim” Manigo of Philadelphia was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on April 24 on the 5400 block of Springfield Avenue.
Police said Manigo is a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 156 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a jacket, black pants, black shoes, and a black hat.
Investigators believe Manigo may be in the area of Broad Street and Oregon Avenue, where he has previously been found.
