SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a Vernon man on an active warrant Wednesday morning.
Matthew R. Lecuyer, 38, of Vernon, turned himself in at police headquarters at 7:53 a.m. April 22.
Lecuyer was charged with violation of conditions of release in the second degree and criminal violation of a protective order.
The charges stem from a January investigation in which police determined Lecuyer violated conditions of release from a previous arrest and an active protective order by contacting the victim’s employer in an effort to disrupt her employment.
Lecuyer was processed and held on a $30,000 surety bond.
He was transported and presented at Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Thursday.
