SOUTH GLENS FALLS, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident complaint Tuesday at 8:53 p.m. on Harrison Avenue.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest Friday of Justin J. Schaldone, 43, of Glens Falls.
Schaldone was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, criminal trespass in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and menacing in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor.
Schaldone is accused of intentionally damaging the door frame to the residence in an amount exceeding $250 by kicking it.
He is also charged with knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in a dwelling and intentionally placing another person in fear of physical injury by physical menace.
Schaldone was arraigned before the Honorable Jeffrey B. McCabe in the Moreau Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings in that court.
