POTTSTOWN, PA — North Coventry Township police arrested a 68-year-old man on drug charges following a traffic stop on Route 422 West on March 31, 2026.
Joel Gibilisco, of Reading, was stopped for speeding and driving too fast for conditions, according to police.
Officers observed drug paraphernalia and pills not prescribed to Gibilisco in plain view during the stop.
A search of his vehicle revealed additional pills and paraphernalia, police said.
Gibilisco was taken into custody without incident and later released after processing.
He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges will be filed with District Court 15-3-01.
