WARRINGTON, PA — Two juveniles are accused of stealing football cards from a Walmart on two separate occasions.
Police responded to the store July 9 for a report of a retail theft.
Officers identified one suspect as a 15-year-old from Warrington and went to the juvenile’s residence.
A parent arrived home with the juvenile, who was still wearing the same clothing seen during the theft.
While at the residence, officers identified the second suspect, a 16-year-old juvenile.
Another officer responded to that residence in Warrington, where the juvenile was located, placed under arrest and transported to the police station.
The 16-year-old was processed and released to a guardian.
Shortly after, Walmart loss prevention contacted police again and reported the same two juveniles had committed an identical theft on June 26, stealing another $69.74 worth of football cards.
Criminal charges are merely allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
