OWEGO, NY — A 49-year-old Owego man was arrested July 4 on a drug charge following a vehicle stop in the town.
John W. Morris was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The charge resulted from an investigation during which Morris was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, authorities said.
Morris was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Owego Court at a later date.
