HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A man is facing multiple burglary charges after a series of break-ins at homes under construction.
Mateo Ianelli, 28, of Philadelphia, turned himself in to police on June 11.
The charges stem from incidents reported during the week of June 22-28, 2025, when several homeowners reported break-ins at properties that were still under construction.
Lower Moreland Police detectives identified Ianelli as the suspect through an investigation.
Ianelli is charged with three counts of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, three counts of criminal trespass, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, one count of attempted theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of loitering and prowling at night.
He was arraigned on June 11.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
