STOCKBRIDGE, VT — A 43-year-old man was arrested Monday after an investigation into a family fight.
Joseph A. Fuster, of Stockbridge, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Vermont State Police barracks in Royalton for processing.
He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility without bail.
Fuster was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on July 15 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault.
The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
