BATH, NY — Officers with the Village of Bath Police Department were dispatched to Kwik Fill at 346 West Morris Street at about 6:54 a.m. on July 6 for a report of a male smashing things in the bathroom.
Patrols arrived and located the male in the bathroom.
Following an investigation, the male was determined to be under the influence of drugs and in possession of a quantity of fentanyl.
The male was identified as Franklin G. Brockway, of Hornell.
Brockway was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bath Village Court at a later date.
Brockway is charged with public appearance under the influence of drugs, a violation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor.
