PLATTSBURGH, NY — Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jealynn M. Perry after receiving an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Plattsburgh Court.
Perry, 20, of Plattsburgh, was located in the City of Plattsburgh and taken into custody.
While deputies were effecting a lawful arrest of Perry, she resisted and was subsequently charged for resisting arrest.
Perry was processed at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and arraigned at Town of Plattsburgh Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
Perry is scheduled to appear in Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date to face the allegation.
Perry was issued an appearance ticket in relation to the resisting arrest charge and is scheduled to appear in City of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
