PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 1-year-old girl last seen July 6.
Royalty Cruz was last seen by her mother on the 5200 block of Oakland Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The child has since been with her father, who is not currently in Pennsylvania, police said. He has told authorities the child is in Philadelphia but has not provided an address or the name of the person she is with.
Royalty has brown eyes and curly black hair.
