PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man last seen July 2 on the 2700 block of West Glenwood Avenue.
Eli Norris, 33, could be in the area of the 4900 block of Stenton Avenue, authorities said.
Norris is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
