PLATTSBURGH, NY — A 27-year-old man was arrested July 6 after an investigation revealed he allegedly violated an order of protection.
Tyler Cornish-Dukes, of Plattsburgh, was charged with five counts of second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor.
Deputies with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cornish-Dukes at 9:56 p.m.
He was processed at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and arraigned in the Town of Schuyler Falls Court.
Cornish-Dukes was released under the conditions of the pre-trial release program and will reappear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
