PLATTSBURGH, NY — Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Mark Gagnier Jr., 34, of Keeseville, on a bench warrant issued by Plattsburgh City Court in June.
Gagnier allegedly failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing.
He was arraigned in Town of Plattsburgh Court and remanded to Clinton County Correctional Facility.
Gagnier is scheduled to appear in Plattsburgh City Court at a later date.
The New York State Police assisted in the arrest.
