PLATTSBURGH, NY — A 22-year-old man was arrested early Monday following a domestic incident.
Adrien R. Dubrey, of Plattsburgh, was taken into custody at 12:09 a.m.
Deputies allege Dubrey assaulted a female victim, causing injury.
He was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Dubrey was processed at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and issued an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
