LOWER SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA — A bench warrant has been issued for a man accused of assault and harassment following a road rage incident.
Bryan Gilstrap, 48, of Middletown, is wanted on one count of simple assault and one count of harassment.
The incident occurred July 2 in the township.
District Magistrate David Judy issued the warrant.
