PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl.
Lilah Milburn was reported missing by her father after she failed to return home, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
She was last seen leaving her residence on Friday, July 3, at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Milburn is described as a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 105 pounds.
She has blue eyes and straight, shoulder-length red hair.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and gray sweatpants.
