COLESVILLE, NY — A Port Crane man faces multiple charges following a driving while intoxicated investigation.
Chad S. Congdon, 34, of Port Crane, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 or more, and reckless driving, all misdemeanors, according to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
Congdon also faces multiple traffic violations.
The charges stem from an investigation in the town of Colesville.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office also reported the following arrests:
Niculae I. Goicea, 76, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.
April Z. Gonzalez, 35, of Port Crane, was charged with strangulation in the second degree, a class D felony, two counts of assault in the third degree, class A misdemeanors, and menacing in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Fenton.
Kyle T. Lee, 20, of Harpursville, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Colesville.
Jacob T. Mika, 44, of the town of Fenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 or more, both misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations, following a DWI investigation in the town of Fenton.
Christopher A. Molinari, 35, of the town of Conklin, was charged with assault in the third degree and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Conklin.
Robert T. Sanfelice, 60, of the town of Union, was charged with three counts of harassment in the first degree as a hate crime, class A misdemeanors, stalking in the fourth degree as a hate crime, a class A misdemeanor, and two counts of harassment in the second degree, violations, following a harassment investigation in the town of Union.
