MOUNT VERNON, NY — Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident involving a 4-year-old child and their relative.
The incident occurred Monday at about 7:25 p.m. on the 200 block of South 3rd Avenue.
A motorcycle fled the scene after striking the victims.
Police are searching for a black and white motorcycle with the words “LUCKY STRIKE” inside a black circle on the side of the vehicle.
The operator was wearing all black clothing and black and white Nike sneakers.
