PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 16-year-old girl last seen in the city’s 39th District.
Yazmin Manning was last seen on June 27 at 1:50 p.m. on the 3300 block of Henry Avenue, according to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detectives Division.
Manning is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 180 pounds.
