CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police arrested a man on strangulation and assault charges following a domestic incident at a hotel June 22.
Scott Vaillancourt, 38, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody at a hotel on Harrisburg Pike after police responded to an active domestic disturbance call.
Police made contact with Vaillancourt upon arrival at the scene.
Following an investigation, officers arrested Vaillancourt on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
The strangulation charge is a second-degree felony.
