GREENFIELD, NY — A Porter Corners man was arrested Wednesday following a road rage incident that resulted in damage to another person’s vehicle.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a damage and vandalism complaint at 6:53 p.m. on Porter Corners Road.
Michael J. Giambona, 46, of Porter Corners, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony.
Giambona is accused of kicking a motor vehicle belonging to another person, causing more than $250 in damage to its driver’s side door.
The incident reportedly began on state Route 9N.
Giambona was released on an appearance ticket pending proceedings in Greenfield Town Court.
