WATERFORD, VT — A New Hampshire man was cited for driving under the influence following a crash on Interstate 93 South on June 26, 2026.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of the crash at 9:46 p.m.
The operator, Ronald Fenoff, 65, of Littleton, New Hampshire, was screened by EMS on scene.
Fenoff was transported to Littleton Regional Hospital for further testing.
Troopers observed signs of impairment during their investigation.
Fenoff was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court – Criminal Division on Aug. 24, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
