SAUGERTIES, NY — A 45-year-old woman faces multiple felony charges after her arrest on drunken driving charges.
Leah L. Kelly, of Saugerties, was arrested at approximately 5:15 p.m. June 23 on Market Street, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Kelly was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under 16 years of age, police said.
All three charges are felonies.
Kelly was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part court in Kingston for arraignment.
