YORK, PA — A 54-year-old man faces multiple charges following a hit-and-run accident investigation on Elim Street.
Michael Lee Speelman, of Pennsylvania, was arrested on June 5 at approximately 3:08 p.m. after being involved in a hit-and-run accident and subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI.
After receiving the toxicology report, Speelman was charged on June 20 with five counts of DUI, one count of accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property, and two traffic violations.
The incident occurred on Elim Street and Herman Drive.
