SAUGERTIES, NY — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a woman on June 25 on charges stemming from a one-car motor vehicle accident in West Camp.
Olivia L. Trogisch, 35, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested at approximately 2 p.m.
Trogisch was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, both misdemeanors.
The charges stem from an accident on Route 9W in West Camp on May 5.
Trogisch was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on uniform traffic tickets.
She is scheduled to appear in Saugerties Town Justice Court at a later date.
