PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman last seen earlier this month.
Janeen McDowell, 67, of Philadelphia, was last seen June 15 at 3:38 p.m. in the area of 1300 S. Harmony Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Police said McDowell frequents the area of 300 S. Broad Street and homeless shelters.
McDowell is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey scarf with red, blue and navy blue stripes, a light blue suede sweater, grey pants, white shoes and using a walker.
